Spinal Flow - Frequently Asked Questions.

  • In this first session, I want to hear about you and what is happening in your body. I will do a few assessments with you, so I can get a hands-on sense for what is happening in your body and give you some answers as to why you might be having the symptoms you are. We will talk in more detail about what Spinal Flow is, how it can help, and then craft a healing plan together. In the second part of the session, you will eceive a beautiful Spinal Flow healing session.

  • You will lay down fully clothed on a massage table and bolsters will be placed under your hips, listening to relaxing music. I recommend taking this time to reconnect deeply with your body, focusing on my touch, and be in awareness of what you are feeling.

    I will be using gentle touch on your Access Points, which are found primarily on your cranium and sacrum, in order to increase your Spinal Wave (your innate healing energy that flows through your nervous system, up and down your spine). The Spinal Wave reduces blockages, reduces stress and helps you to get back into your parasympathetic nervous system (rest, digest, heal).

  • The Spinal Wave is the movement of your body’s innate healing wisdom that flows through your nervous system, up and down your spine. You can call it whatever resonates most with you - Spinal Wave, lifeforce, chi, prana, etc.

    The Spinal Wave reduces spinal blockages created by physical, chemical and emotional stressors that have accumulated through your life. This reduction in spinal blockages allows for more flow of your innate healing energy throughout your body.

  • This is entirely individualized and depends on what is happening for you. During the New Client session, we will go over your history, I will take a look at your posture and have a feel of your body. From there, we will craft a healing plan together aimed at moving your body into greater wellness and deeper levels of healing.

  • Please wear loose fitting clothing, ideally pants that are light and thin. Please no jeans or tight leggings/yoga pants also bring socks.

  • If we are new to each other, you will want to book the New Client Spinal Flow session. After that session, you will move to Follow Up Spinal Flow sessions.
